Vince Ector
Rhythm
Master

Former Charles "The Mighty Burner" Earland drummer/percussionist
and current Charles Earland Tribute Band member, VINCE ECTOR's self
produced first solo release "Rhythm Master" features the likes of
Eddie Henderson on trumpet and Jay Collins on saxes. This nine song
set features four covers, among them Dizzy Gillespie's "Groovin
High" and five originals of which two are composed by Vince. Besides
performing with Charles Earland, Vince Ector has also played with
Freddie Hubbard, Gloria Lynne, Joey DeFrancesco, Grover Washington
Jr., Pat Martino, and other jazz luminaries. This cd will confirm
why Vince Ector is the master of rhythm.
